OUR POLICIES

  • After submitting your Reservation Request Form, we will contact you via text to let you know that we have received your reservation. You will then be sent an invoice via email. Payment in full is required within 48 hours of booking.

  • Please text us a picture of the location in the yard where you would like the display installed. If you are unable to provide a picture, please provide DETAILED instructions as to the area set-up is desired. If no picture or info regarding your preferred yard card set-up location is provided, we will use our own best judgement as to where the display is installed. If, after installation is complete, a different location in the yard is desired by the renter, a $35 charge is required for our return/unistall/re-install of the display. No persons other than employees of Yard Cards By Vickie may remove and/or relocate the display.

  • While we do our best to provide you with the colors/themes you request, these are based on availability and there is no guarantee. We will certainly do our best to honor your requests and our mission is to provide you with a great-looking yard card display.

  • We deliver and set-up signs before 8pm the day before the celebration day. Should you need a special, after hours set-up time (after 8pm) there is an additional fee of $25. As always, we will try to accommodate your needs.

  • Our pick-up time will be sometime during the day after the celebration day. It could be as early as 6am or as late as 10pm depending on our schedule for the day.

  • If, for whatever reason, an earlier pickup time is desired, please contact Yard Cards By Vickie and someone from our company will remove the display. No persons other than Yard Cards By Vickie have permission to remove the display.

  • In the event that inclement weather prevents us from delivering/setting-up your display, we will first attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not desired, you will be given a full refund.

  • You will NOT be given a refund for any of the following reasons: providing us with the wrong recipient address, recipient requests removal, dangerous animals or unsafe environment preventing us from safely setting up display.

  • A notice of 3 days is required to cancel your yard card rental and receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days of reserved date will receive a 50% refund or a full credit to be used toward another date.

  • For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone to play on/around the yard card display.

  • We hope that you and your loved one will enjoy taking lots of pictures next to our signs, but PLEASE do not sit on, stand on, remove, relocate, tie balloons or streamers to, or play on our signs. Remember, these signs are on rental and are the property of Yard Cards By Vickie. You, as the renter, are responsible for any loss or damage caused to our signs during the rental period at a cost of $25 per item.

  • Please water your lawn the evening before or the morning of your set-up date. This will assist us in being able to set-up your display to look its best in a timely manner. In the event that the ground is not properly prepared (watered very well) and our signs/stakes are not able to effectively penetrate the ground, the sign will not be set-up and a refund will be issued less a $25 travel fee.

  • Please have your lawn mowed BEFORE we come. If you have a lawn care service, please arrange for their visit prior to yard card installation. Lawn equipment can cause damage to our signs. Should there be damage to the display due to mowing, you are responsible for replacing each damaged item at a cost of $25 per item.

  • By using Yard Cards By Vickie, you are agreeing to allow us to publish photos of your yard card display for advertising purposes use on our website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

  • Yard Cards By Vickie and any representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

  • For the protection of our workers and our signs, we reserve the right to refuse service to any area we feel is unsafe and/or is known to have a high rate of crime.
